Black outline vs Dark outline?

idk what to call the second name so I just called it dark, lol I see a lott of differences with just two outlines, literally everything is the same, same character and colors for her, but the black outline makes all of the colors pop out more while the darker blue makes everything blend in, I get confused whether the skin was a really pale blue or white xd

wow it looks so awesome u are really good at drawing on this. I like the black outlined one like u said it makes the colors pop!
