I do not say that too EVERYBODY. I only say it, at least not irl, when I truly believe that what they drew is truly and honestly good. I swear, on this website, I only say that somebody's art is good when I myself believe that it's good. Also, why would MY opinion of all people on this website make anybody feel special? I'm no great art critique.
